Retreat Leader: David Wells

We are delighted to have such an inspirational and renowned global speaker, namely David Wells, come to Kairos to run this fantastic weekend programme.

Many staff and governors in Catholic schools have the responsibility to encourage and coordinate a vibrant Catholic identity in their communities. This is a joyful undertaking but it is also immensely challenging when some staff have little or no idea how to contribute meaningfully to the Catholic ethos.

In this short retreat we will help revitalise the professional aspects of this work, reminding ourselves of core principles and being excited about them. We will also take time to refresh and renew ourselves personally, so that what we do, how we lead and where we go, is as authentic as it is strategic.
