The Kairos Centre - An Urban Oasis

The Kairos Centre offers an environment of peace and tranquility conducive to spiritual growth and transformation. It exists for the development of the individual and community, and is open to all.

As you read through our retreats and workshops, we hope that you will find something that suits your interests and needs at this time. Spiritual Direction and Private Retreats are available on request. If you would like to come without following any programme you will be most welcome; just call to check for availability. Aromatherapy and Reflexology are available - please call for an appointment.

Kairos is a particularly suitable venue for religious congregations, diocesan, deanery and parish groups to hold meetings, assemblies, retreats and days of reflection.

The Kairos Centre is easily reached by public transport and car. Exclusive use of this secluded Centre can be arranged.
